Jose Mourinho and the Roma hierarchy are set to take disciplinary action against Nicolo Zaniolo after the player rejected a move to Premier League side Bournemouth.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Bournemouth offered to sign the player for around £26 million.

But the 23-year-old is not ‘convinced’ by their project despite the English top-flight side’s executives flying to Rome; he refused to meet them.

This situation has ‘infuriated’ the Italian giants, who are now considering disciplinary measures against the player.
Zaniolo has also been linked with a move to Tottenham.
