These Terms of Use govern access to Wowplus.net, its articles, comments, newsletter and related reader services. By using a feature, you agree to the terms that apply to that feature. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
1. Editorial service
Wowplus provides news, entertainment, biography, lifestyle and business commentary for general information. We may correct, update, remove or reorganise content. Publication dates, estimates, net-worth figures, relationship reports and similar material can change and should not be treated as guaranteed fact, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice or a professional recommendation.
2. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape at a harmful rate, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse personal information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use Wowplus for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity. Ordinary search indexing, linking and personal reading remain allowed subject to law and technical controls.
3. Comments and submissions
You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit it. Comments may not contain contact details, links, numbers, threats, harassment, hate, spam, unlawful material or private information. By submitting a comment, you give Wowplus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate and reproduce it as needed to operate and promote the discussion. You keep ownership of your original expression. We may refuse or remove a submission and are not required to publish it.
4. Newsletter
Wowplus Weekly requires confirmation of the submitted email address. You may unsubscribe through the link in any edition. Delivery schedules are targets and can be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures or editorial decisions. Do not use another person’s address without permission.
5. Intellectual property
Wowplus articles, original graphics, branding, layouts and software are owned by Wowplus or used under licence. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions as law permits with clear attribution. These terms do not grant permission to republish complete articles, remove attribution, train or operate a competing content service from systematic copies, or use protected media beyond its licence.
6. Advertising, sources and external services
Advertising, affiliate material, embeds and external links may be supplied by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Their appearance does not guarantee or endorse an offer. Clearly identified sponsored content is subject to the stated disclosure. You are responsible for reviewing an external service before using it.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue a feature, category or service. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage of comments, or that every historical article remains current.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care and on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Wowplus is not responsible for indirect or speculative loss arising from reliance on general editorial content, third-party services or outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Enforcement and termination
We may block a request, reject a comment, restrict a feature or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect readers, systems, rights or legal obligations. Provisions concerning ownership, submitted-content licences, responsibility and disputes continue where their nature requires it.
10. Governing law and contact

11. Updates
We may update these terms for future use when the service or law changes. The review date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
