It is sad that there are no access roads in most Bayelsa communities, my people only commute via water which is very insecure – Ben Bruce

Senator Ben Bruce who spent the weekend visiting communities in Bayels State like Odioma, Twon Brass, Egwema, Sangana and Akassa has lamented on the lack of roads in these areas.

According to him, ‘it is sad that in this modern day, there are no access roads in these communities. My people only commute via water which is very insecure. Our waterways need to be secured and shoreline protection needs to be looked into to stop the growing erosion’.
