Jason Derulo, the consummate craftsman when it comes to radio-ready hip-hop and R&B hooks, is back with a new single called “Tip Toe.” Enlisting Mr. Unforgettable, French Montana, as the featured artist, the track covers much of the same ground that he did with Nicki Minaj on “Swalla” and, based on how that song did in terms of chart position, airplay and streams, I’d say the formula isn’t a bad one to revisit.
