Governor Ambode presents the 2018 budget to the Lagos State House of Assembly
Monday, Governor Ambode presented the 2018 Budget at the Chambers of the Lagos State House of Assembly. The proposed budget christened ‘Budget of Progress and Development’ has a size of N1, 046,121,181,680 (N1, 046tn).
According to the governor:
‘This budget has something for everyone; young and old, man or woman, including the physically challenged in line with our vision of making Lagos work for all’.
‘We shall make massive investments in infrastructural development, power, transportation, traffic management, healthcare, security, education, food security, women & youth empowerment, and general public service’ he said.
