Nearly Neon Blue
Bite Beauty Nearly Neon Blue Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a brighter, medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a cream finish. It had good pigmentation–just shy of full coverage–that applied without streaking but had a tendency to emphasize and sit in my lip lines. It was smooth, lightly creamy, and comfortable to wear over the five hours it lasted. The color did stain my lips to a purplish color (I suspect the blue pigments mixing with my natural lip color).
The formula is supposed to have “extreme moisture” with “bold” color. The majority of the range is very pigmented–typically opaque with one pass–with a few shades being semi-opaque but usually buildable. The consistency is very lightly creamy to lightly creamy with some shades requiring light-medium pressure and can pull the lip a bit when gliding it across the lips, though the color doesn’t appear ragged and the bullet itself doesn’t feel stiff (while other shades applied without tugging, so check individual shade reviews!) The majority of the shades I’ve tested have been lightly hydrating to non-drying and fairly comfortable to wear for the long-haul. They wear longer than average, from four to eight hours, depending on the intensity and propensity of the shade to stain.

Nearly Neon Purple
Bite Beauty Nearly Neon Purple Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a brighter, medium-dark purple with subtle, cooler undertones and a cream finish. The texture was smooth, creamy, and comfortable to apply as it never tugged on the lips, but it did not go on as evenly as most of the Amuse Bouche shades have for me. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that lasted for four and a half hours and was lightly hydrating.
