Cross River Police Commissioner Dies Of COVID-19

The Cross River State Police Commissioner, Abdulkadir Jimoh, is dead.

He died on Friday as a result of COVID-19 complications after he was admitted to the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Isolation (UCTH).

Chief Medical Director (CMD) of UCTH, Prof. Ikpeme Ikpeme, confirmed the police commissioner’s death and appealed to all who had contacted the deceased to go to the isolation center for attention.

John assumed duty as CP at the Cross River State Police Command in July 2020.
