Give sunglasses out as pre-festivity favors
When dressing up for a wedding, sunglasses may not be on your guest’s lists of must-have accessories. But, once the sun is shining, they’ll wish they had a pair. Combat their dilemma by providing sunglasses at the start of the event. You can even personalize them with your names, wedding date, or motif for an instant—and easy—party favor.

Have water readily available
This one seems like a no-brainer, but it is often forgotten. Lemonade and fruit juices are a pretty touch, but when the sun is beating down, all your guests will really need is water. Get a stainless steel bucket, fill it with ice, and add a bunch of water bottles—it’s an easy addition that will make a big difference.

Set up a misting station
Imagine how pleasantly surprised your guests will be to see misting stations set up as they walk to and from your ceremony space. These would also be great for an outdoor reception; how fun to walk through them after a night of dancing!
