At the time, neither Randolph nor Powell addressed the rumors publicly. As a result, fans were left piecing together clues from sightings and photographs.
A few months later, however, the speculation intensified.
In March 2026, the actors were photographed holding hands in public, something that naturally fueled further discussion about their relationship status. Then, in June 2026, the strongest evidence yet emerged when photographers captured the pair sharing a kiss in New York City.
For many fans, that seemed to answer the question that had been circulating for months.
Even so, Randolph has made it clear that she prefers to keep certain aspects of her personal life away from public scrutiny.
During an interview with InStyle in January 2026, she explained why maintaining boundaries remains important to her.
“I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate,” she said while discussing her love life. “How people perceive you publicly is not who you are.”
That comment perhaps explains why neither she nor Powell has been eager to provide detailed updates about their relationship.
Michelle Randolph Previously Dated Gregg Sulkin
Long before the rumors involving Glen Powell began making headlines, Michelle Randolph was linked to another actor.
Gregg Sulkin and Randolph were first connected publicly around 2018. While the exact beginning of their relationship remains unclear, Sulkin appeared to confirm their romance in October of that year through a social media post dedicated to Randolph.
According to Us Weekly, Sulkin shared a now-deleted Instagram photo alongside a heartfelt message.
“Thank you for coming into my life & making it better. I love you,” he reportedly wrote.
For many celebrity couples, public declarations like that often lead to years of highly visible relationship updates. That wasn’t really the case here.
Instead, Randolph and Sulkin largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight. There were occasional appearances together, but neither seemed particularly interested in turning their romance into a public spectacle.

Gregg Sulkin Appears to Have Moved On
Following his relationship with Randolph, Sulkin reportedly found love again with British model Freya Tidy.
According to TMZ, the pair began dating toward the end of 2024. Reports even suggested that Tidy relocated from the United Kingdom to California as their relationship became more serious.
Like Sulkin’s previous relationship with Randolph, however, this romance has remained relatively private.
Neither Sulkin nor Tidy has formally confirmed their relationship in interviews. Still, fans have spotted several clues online.
In July 2025, Just Jared published photos showing the pair hiking together while displaying light public affection. Since then, both have occasionally appeared in each other’s social media posts.
As recently as June 2026, Sulkin shared a photo featuring Tidy, further fueling speculation that their relationship remains strong.
Michelle Randolph Continues to Keep Her Private Life Private
Despite growing public interest in her relationships, Michelle Randolph seems determined to maintain a clear line between her career and her personal life.
