The Arrivals is seeking a full time Social Media + Community Intern to support social media community building, content creation and influencer marketing initiatives. A strong creative eye and organizational skills are a must. This role will report directly to the Community Manager, intern to hire opportunity is available based on performance.

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of social channels is a must
  • Interest in branding and content marketing
  • Graphic design, photography or copywriting skills are a plus
  • Any previous experience working in fashion or with direct to consumer brands is preferred

THE JOB

Community Building

  • Research photographers/influencers/stylists/creatives for influencer outreach
  • Work with the Community Manager to manage monthly gifting outreach
  • Interact with creatives to integrate them into the A-Team
  • Work with operations team to manage delivery of all gifted product
  • Assist in any community events at THE ARRIVALS Pop-up shops

Social Media Support

  • Engage with the community on THE ARRIVALS social channels
  • Assist on content creation photo shoots
  • Work with Community Manager to distribute content across Facebook and Twitter

Content Creation

  • Work with the Community Manger to plan and execute daily Instagram stories
  • Use analytics tools to see which content is performing best to inform strategy
