Stars Decided To Make Bold End-Of-Summer Statements In Bright Ensembles

This week in sartorial sightings, celebrities enjoyed the final moments of summer in ab-bearing, brightly hued ensembles. Those that made our best dressed list opted for the runway’s (and Instagram’s) most pronounced trends, namely: cheery yellow frocks, silky robes cinched at the waist, polka-dot minis, two-pieces and sheer everything. 

We saw a seasoned partygoer (Paris Hilton) and a seasoned angel (Alessandra Ambrosio) play with patterns. The leading ladies of past and present British dramas — “Downton Abbey’s” Elizabeth McGovern and “Victoria’s” Jenna Coleman — followed suit in a garden-themed Erdem frock and a statement blue blazer, respectively. While others — ‘Lil Mama and Bella Hadid — went for powerful monochromatic looks in a crisp white and retro marigold. And for our dose of male dressing, there’s Jared Leto, who rounds out the best dressed crop in over-the-top sweats courtesy of (who else?) Gucci. All in all, these celebrities are giving us some major end-of-summer-wear inspiration.
