#BlackLivesMatter was the second-most popular hashtag after #COVID-19.

The announcement of the death of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman was the most shared.

It got the most “likes” of any Tweet ever.

The family’s post that the actor died of colon cancer was “liked” more than 7.5 million times.

BTS were the most tweeted about musician in America for a fourth straight year.

The South Korean boy band continues to dominate charts.

Music and fashion mogul, Kanye West, was the second most tweeted about among musician.

Former President Barack Obama’s tribute to Kobe Bryant was second among likes and retweets.

George Floyd, who died under the knee of a police officer, was the third most tweeted about person in 2020.
