Elon Musk says he ‘tested negative and positive for COVID-19’

Tesla Inc. Chief Executive, Elon Musk has disclosed that he tested both positive and negative for Coronavirus.

Elon Musk who claimed to have taken four COVID-19 tests on the same day, said two came back positive while the other two came back negative. He added that “something extremely bogus is going on”.

He tweeted;

Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse. Rapid antigen test from BD.

This is not the first time the outspoken billionaire has expressed skepticism about the Coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this year, he described lockdowns as “forcibly imprisoning people in their homes” and “fascist”.

In March, Musk appeared to dismiss concerns about the pandemic, saying that “my guess is that the panic will cause more harm than the virus.”
