Nigerian Army, A video footage from the night of Tuesday, October 20, is being reviewed at the Lagos Judicial Panel of Inquiry on SARS harassments and extrajudicial killings.

According to the footage, the army sent seven trucks to the tollgate on the night the incident happened.

The video was submitted to the panel by the Lekki Concession Company (LCC) a few weeks ago.

The footage showed a calm scene until about 6:43 pm when people could be seen running from the Oriental Hotel axis towards the toll gate.

At about 6.45 pm, two minutes after people were seen running, no fewer than seven military trucks with flashing headlights arrived on the scene.

More than 10 minutes after the army arrived, at 6:53 pm, the tollgate went into a blackout.

Two minutes later, at 6:55 pm, one of the military vehicles drove through the toll gate to the other end, where the crowd of protesters was gathered.
