Minato Sahashi is an ordinary teenager trying to get admission into university, but with little success. After failing the entrance exams twice, he returns, disheartened. But destiny has other plans, as from the sky above, falls a beautiful maiden named Musubi, straight into his lap. Upon some explanation, it’s revealed that she’s an extraterrestrial being known as a “Sekirei”. This race of aliens, upon contact with a suitable human, Ashikabi, form bonds with the act of kissing. This act grants them access to extraordinary strength.
