The youths dissociated themselves from all forms of criminal activities, declaring that they would never be used to destroy their homes.

The communique read in part:

“The summit appreciates and celebrates the quality representation of our able Senator, Sen. Prof. Ike Ekweremadu CFR – Ikeoha Ndigbo, whose quality representation cannot be rivaled. IKEOHA magnanimity cuts across the senatorial district. This is very unprecedented in Nigerian politics today.

“We equally celebrate our beloved members of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Toby Okechukwu and Rt. Hon. Dennis Oguerinwa Amadi. We call them “empowerment champions” and “alert masters.” Indeed, every nook and crannies of Enugu West feel and celebrates their quality representations.

“The summit took time to pass a vote of confidence in the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Gburugburu), Ezeudo for his good governance, youth inclusive government, and the peace we enjoy in Enugu State.
