Nollywood actress Evans Okoro has publicly shared the results of an HIV test she took following allegations involving fellow actress Ekene Umenwa.
The situation unfolded after Okoro accused Umenwa of allegedly spreading gossip about her and other Nollywood colleagues. According to circulating claims, Umenwa was said to have told Adanma Waller, a UK-based Nigerian nurse, that Okoro was living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
In response to the alleged rumors, Okoro visited a hospital to undergo an HIV test in order to address the claims directly and publicly.

Okoro posted a video clip documenting her hospital visit and the moment she received her laboratory results. The test result, displayed in the video, showed that she tested negative for HIV.
By sharing the footage, the actress appeared to be confronting the allegations head-on and putting an end to speculation surrounding her health status.
