Sharon Osbourne mansion in Los Angeles is now asking $16 million after a fresh $1 million price cut, giving buyers another chance at the Hancock Park estate she shared with late husband Ozzy Osbourne.

The 11,565-square-foot home returned to the market in April for $17 million, less than a year after Ozzy’s death. Sharon has now reduced the price by roughly 6%, continuing a selling process that actually began several years before the family’s permanent return to the United Kingdom.

The Osbournes bought the gated property in 2015 for $11.85 million and spent years restoring it. Its latest listing mixes Hollywood history with modern luxury, from a red-velvet screening room to manicured gardens and a mosaic-tiled pool.

Wowplus has followed the family through major personal changes, including Ozzy Osbourne’s later health struggles. The mansion sale now carries extra emotional weight because Sharon is marketing a home tied to their final years together.

The price has moved several times since 2022

Sharon and Ozzy first tried to sell the property in 2022 for $18 million. They later reduced the asking price to $17.5 million before removing it from the market. At the time, their planned move back to England was repeatedly delayed as Ozzy dealt with serious health problems.

According to Realtor, the home was relisted in April 2026 for $17 million and has now been cut to $16 million. Listing agents Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates are handling the sale.

The new asking price is still well above the $11.85 million the couple paid in 2015. However, the decade of ownership included extensive restoration work, maintenance and the costs associated with operating a large historic estate.

For a buyer, the reduction may make the property more competitive in a luxury market where even famous homes can sit for months if sellers aim too high.

The house was designed in the late 1920s and contains seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Sharon and Ozzy preserved many of its traditional features while updating the property for contemporary living.

The main floor includes a formal dining room, several living spaces, a wood-paneled library and a chef’s kitchen. The kitchen opens toward a family room, breakfast area and an outdoor dining terrace with a pizza oven and barbecue.

The home’s screening room may be its most distinctive interior feature. Finished in deep red velvet, the theater includes a fireplace and signatures from famous visitors, including Elvis Presley and Natalie Wood. Those marks connect the property to Hollywood history that predates the Osbournes’ ownership.

Wowplus has also looked at the more personal side of Kelly Osbourne’s life, and this house was part of the wider family world that fans associated with Sharon, Ozzy and their children even though it was not the famous Beverly Hills residence used in their early reality show.

The grounds add another layer of luxury

Outside, the estate has large lawns, mature landscaping and a resort-style pool decorated with mosaic tile. A detached guest apartment above the garage gives visitors more privacy than a standard guest room inside the main house.

An elevator connects the home’s levels, while the primary suite includes dual bathrooms and a large walk-in closet. Several upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms, making the property practical for a family or long-term guests despite its grand scale.

The gated setting also matters in Hancock Park, where large lots and mature trees can create a level of privacy that newer developments sometimes struggle to match.

Celebrity real estate often attracts attention because of the owner’s name, but buyers at this price level are ultimately evaluating architecture, land, location and condition. Wowplus recently covered another famous television-linked home that received a major price cut, showing that even recognizable properties still have to respond to market conditions.

Why Sharon is selling now

Sharon has been splitting her time between the U.K. and Los Angeles, but reports say she now uses an apartment when she is in California. That makes an 11,565-square-foot estate less necessary, especially after Ozzy’s death in July 2025.

The couple had long wanted to return to England. Ozzy eventually moved back months before his final Black Sabbath performance in Birmingham, where he reunited with the band for an emotional farewell appearance.

His death only weeks later changed the meaning of properties connected to their life together. Selling the Los Angeles home does not erase that history, but it does allow Sharon to simplify a lifestyle that had been split across two countries.

The home’s story is part celebrity, part architecture

The mansion may attract a buyer because Sharon and Ozzy lived there, but its appeal goes beyond ownership history. A restored 1920s estate in Hancock Park, with more than 11,000 square feet and substantial grounds, is rare on its own.

The $1 million reduction shows that the sellers are willing to meet the market rather than hold rigidly to the April asking price. Whether $16 million is enough to secure a buyer will depend on demand at the highest end of Los Angeles real estate.

For Sharon, the sale represents another practical change following a difficult period. For a future owner, it offers a home carrying decades of Hollywood character, including a chapter written by one of rock music’s most recognizable families.

The Sharon Osbourne mansion is now being offered at its lowest asking price since the latest sales campaign began, and that could finally be enough to move the long-running listing toward a deal.
