Selling Sunset, the hit Netflix reality show about real estate agents, has released its sixth season to much fanfare and excited viewers. However, according to recent reports, a feud between two cast members, Chrishell Stause and Nicole Young, has soured the experience for some fans. The two have been at odds for some time, and the new season is no exception, with several heated exchanges between them.
Chrishell, who is known for her role in the popular daytime soap opera All My Children, has been eager to clear the air and share her side of the story with viewers. In a recent Instagram Story, she revealed that she has “the receipts” to prove that Nicole has been lying about her. She even went so far as to share screenshots of emails and messages between herself and Nicole to show that she has always been courteous and professional.

“I have to say, I am going to correct a narrative — from now on, any time someone lies about me, I’m correcting it. And I have the receipts to do it and I’m not playing this [game],” Chrishell said in the video.
One of the emails shown is from January 2022, in which Chrishell introduces one of her clients to Nicole and suggests they work together to find a new home. Chrishell then shared a screenshot of a different conversation with Nicole, which she claims is from June 2022, in which Nicole expresses her excitement about joining the show as a full-time cast member.
The feud between Chrishell and Nicole reportedly stems from alleged special treatment that Chrishell received from their mutual ex, Jason Oppenheim. During the new season, the two women got into a heated argument at a group dinner, with Chrishell accusing Nicole of being “cracked out” and on drugs. Nicole has denied the allegations and has taken to social media to defend herself against the backlash she has received from fans.

Ultimately, Chrishell wants to move on from the feud and is tired of the negativity surrounding it. In her Instagram Story, she addressed the reports of death threats that Nicole has received and emphasized the importance of keeping things “fun.”
“Being on a reality show on such a huge platform makes for an influx of feedback, and I am certainly not a stranger to death threats after 6 seasons. Your opinions help make this show what it is & clearly I have my own. But let’s keep it fun please,” she wrote.
As the season continues, it remains to be seen whether Chrishell and Nicole will be able to set aside their differences and coexist peacefully. Nevertheless, their feud has certainly added some drama to this season of Selling Sunset, and fans are eagerly tuning in to see what happens next.
