Former Flames Raquel Leviss and Peter Madrigal Stir Up Drama on “Vanderpump Rules” Season 10

In the world of reality TV, drama is never too far away. Season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules” is no exception, with sparks flying between former flames Raquel Leviss and Peter Madrigal. Fans of the show may recall that the season started with Leviss, who was single at the time, seemingly playing the field at her workplace, SUR. She was then seen embarking on a romance with Madrigal, who has been a mainstay on the show since its debut in 2013.

During the first episode, Leviss revealed that Madrigal was the first person to ask her out on a date after her engagement with James Kennedy ended. However, their relationship was short-lived, with Leviss ending things early on in the season.

Fast forward to March 2023, and Leviss appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” to reflect on their brief relationship. When host Andy Cohen asked if she regretted their fling, Leviss gave a seemingly shady answer, saying, “I feel like Peter is like a great starting pony to get back into the dating world.” Her comment did not sit well with Madrigal, who appeared on the “Alison Rosen is Your Next Best Friend” podcast shortly after and fired back at Leviss.

“The starter pony is gonna speak up. ‘Cause … I’m nobody’s starter pony,” Madrigal said. “I always keep an even keel, but, my God, who the hell do you think you are? Who the f*** do you think you are?”

It seems that the once-friendly exes have now become bitter enemies, with Madrigal clearly feeling disrespected by Leviss’ comment. But what exactly does he mean by “starter pony,” and why did Leviss’ remark hit such a nerve?

For those unfamiliar with equestrian terms, a starter pony is a horse used to introduce new riders to the sport. They are often smaller and more docile than other horses, making them a great choice for beginners. However, for Madrigal, being referred to as a “starter pony” was clearly insulting, as he felt that Leviss was suggesting that he was not good enough for her.

It’s worth noting that Madrigal is no stranger to drama on “Vanderpump Rules.” In fact, he has been involved in some of the show’s most memorable storylines over the years, including a brief romance with co-star Stassi Schroeder. He has also been vocal about his opinions on the show and its cast members, often stirring the pot with his comments.

As for Leviss, she has also had her fair share of drama on the show. She famously clashed with Kennedy during their relationship, with many of their fights playing out on camera. Leviss has also been accused of being a “mean girl” by some of her co-stars, although she has denied these claims.

Despite their past relationship and shared history on the show, it seems that Leviss and Madrigal are no longer on good terms. Whether or not they will be able to resolve their issues remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure: the drama on “Vanderpump Rules” shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
