The culprits, Ibrahim Wali, Managing Director and Chief Government of Household Journey and Tour Restricted and Nasiru Musa Jubril, Chairman of Divine Journey & Tour restricted had been picked up in Abuja. They had been arrested for alleged trafficking of 96 Nigerians to Saudi Arabia utilizing the 2017 Hajj train.
