Renowned Nigerian crooner Dammy Krane has piped up in response to the directive dished out by music maestro KWAM 1 for an immediate ceasefire in the ongoing skirmish with Davido.

The tussle between the two music heavyweights kicked off back in 2023 when Dammy Krane flung accusations at Davido concerning outstanding financial dues.

In a swift riposte to the claims, Davido branded his one-time ally Dammy Krane as being less than appreciative.

Krane, undeterred, has persisted in slinging mud at Davido across various social media platforms. Most recently, he pointed fingers at Davido regarding the demise of his pal, Tagbo Umeike. Tagbo passed away in 2017 under circumstances pointing to alcohol poisoning post a bash at the Shisha Lounge in Lekki, Lagos State.

Stepping into the fray, KWAM1 has now issued a plea for truce between the feuding artists.

Extending his reactions to KWAM1’s olive branch, Krane took to his digital podium to share that Davido has met with his elder. He underscored that Davido ought to recompense him for his songwriting contributions.

Krane additionally offered an olive branch to bury the hatchet with the vocalist owing to the influence of notable figures such as KWAM1.

“SO, @davido orchestrated a rendezvous with my mum in the States lol. I comprehend it all.

“The Tagbo episode I leave in the hands of the divine because of individuals such as family and K1 De Ultimate. Nonetheless, David, honor the pact for the track I penned and the dues.
