AbdulShally: Sophia Momodu Shouldn’t Expect Wife Benefits – A Bold Opinion on the Davido Custody Battle

In a recent twist to the ongoing custody battle between renowned singer Davido and his baby mama, Sophia Momodu, a well-known businesswoman, AbdulShally, has shared her thoughts on the matter.

Amidst the accusations and counter-accusations, AbdulShally made it clear that a baby mama should not expect to receive the same benefits as a wife.

The controversy began when Sophia Momodu claimed that Davido had neglected their daughter, Imade, and had not provided financial support for the past two years. On the other hand, Davido countered by stating that Sophia had turned down his offer to live in an apartment he had purchased in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos, and insisted on him continuing to pay over N20 million in annual rent. “I am neither in favor of nor against any of the parties involved, as the real truth is known only to them. However, in my personal experience, I believe that N5 million is a reasonable amount for housing allowance anywhere in Nigeria. It is my opinion that a baby mama should not expect to receive the same benefits as a wife,” AbdulShally remarked.
