Misplaced priority. You are either on duty as a police officer in your uniform or off duty in mufti. Very unprofessional to be wearing your police uniform to engage in an activity totally unrelated to your job as a police officer. It does not happen in advanced countries. It is good to preach the word of God, but you must draw lines between your professional career as a police officer and your personal/private engagements off-duty.
