Jigawa govt warns public over fake recruitment portal

The Jigawa State Government has warned the citizens of the state over a fake online recruitment portal being circulated on social media.

Public Relations Officer, Office of the Head of the Civil Service, Ismaila Ibrahim Dutse, Jigawa State.

According to the statement, some fraudsters are putting up advertisements on unscrupulous websites for the recruitment of Jigawa State Graduates (B.Sc/HND/ND).

The statement said the criminals equally fraudulently requested payment of some fees for filing of applications by prospective applicants.

It said the Jigawa State Government has not authorized or contracted such advertisement to any recruitment agency.

It, therefore, urged the public to disregard any such online adverts.
