Photo: President Buhari pardons 500 prison inmates in Kano

President Buhari who is currently in Kano state on a 2-day working visit, this afternoon visited the Kurmawa Central Prisons where he granted pardon to 500 inmates. President Buhari advised them to be of good behaviour and shun anything that could bring them back to prison.

He charged them to engage in lawful ventures to enable them to become useful members of the society. He also gave them transport fares that would take them back to their respective homes.
