While Isabella’s mum, Nicole Kidman, wasn’t there to witness the happy occasion, sources say she was thrilled for her daughter and wished her all the best. What a supportive mama! But it wasn’t just Nicole who missed out on the party. Isabella’s brother, Connor, and dad, Tom Cruise, were also MIA. But rumor has it, Tom actually did show up, even though he kept a low profile. Sneaky, sneaky!
Apparently, the wedding was kept so under wraps that even Kidman didn’t know it was happening. Ouch, that’s gotta hurt. Especially since she was actually in London at the time, prepping for a new acting gig. Awkward much?
Despite the family drama, Isabella has maintained that she’s not trying to keep her famous parents at arm’s length. “Of course, we talk, they’re my parents,” she said. Well, that’s a relief.
