What sets these modules apart is their incorporation of an up-to-date Android operating system and their reliance on the Qualcomm QCM4490 64-bit octa-core processor from Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. This powerful foundation ensures that the modules are equipped to handle the evolving needs of the modern world.

The SG520B series offers a comprehensive range of cellular connectivity options, spanning worldwide 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G coverage. With LTE Cat 15 and support for both 5G Release 16 standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) configurations, these modules are at the forefront of the connectivity revolution. The inclusion of 5G and LTE multiple input multiple output (MIMO) technology allows these modules to address the escalating market demands for high data rates and enhanced link reliability in wireless communications. For 5G NSA deployments, the modules will support 2.5Gbps downlink and 550Mbps uplink, depending on the regional variant selected. Furthermore, the modules support 1080p H.265/H.264 video encoding and decoding, showcasing their prowess in handling multimedia functions.
