photos: Public transport fraudsters, arrested with fake dollars in Lagos

The Lagos state Police have arrested some fraudsters who are part of one chance operators that pick up and swindle unsuspecting passengers in cars. According to the Police,

“The lady amongst dem would be found with millions of dollars and they will agree to share it with the passenger – who is then tricked to a native Dr that scams them of their belongings.”
