Antonio Conte has listed his conditions for replacing Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur, the UK Times reports.
Conte is believed to be in advanced talks with the Premier League side after leaving Inter Milan last month.
The Italian led Inter to the Serie A title but clashed with senior officials over transfer plans.
Conte is well known for a frank exchange of views with club hierarchies and has similarly made his demands clear to Spurs.
In his talks with Tottenham chiefs, he also issued a specific request regarding Harry Kane.
Conte will only agree to take the job if he receives assurances Kane will stay beyond this summer.
He is also demanding a contract worth £8.5million per season.
