Update: The 11 soldiers killed by suspected bandits in Kaduna laid to rest

The Nigerian Army on Thursday, March 29, buried the 11 soldiers killed by suspected bandits in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State last week. here

The slain soldiers were among a special detachment of troops, under Exercise AYEM AKPATUMA sent to the village to ensure security for expatriates and others working on a new road linking Zamfara State with Kaduna through Dansadau-Dangulbi and Birnin Gwari.

They were buried at Commonwealth Cemetery in Kaduna, amidst tears and befitting military burial.

11. Private Alhassan Ibrahim
