Nigerian , The federal government has taken action on the accommodation challenge its officials and workers face.

On Thursday, Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, said his office has submitted a list of affected ministries, departments, and agencies to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Malami spoke when a delegation from the Management of the National Institute For Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) visited him.

A statement on Thursday by his spokesman, Umar Gwandu, quoted the Institute’s Director-General, Nura Sani Kangiwa, as saying they
were at the office to request a permanent office and a training hotel from assets seized by the government.

Malami expressed concern over the situation of some MDAs and promised to ensure that the issues are fixed.

“The Office of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice has already compiled a comprehensive profile of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies that share common position with you with particular reference to accommodation by way of putting in a memo to the President seeking his approval to allow for such consideration,” he said.
