Let’s read this story properly. She already had previous death threats and experience with the man, for instance when the man strangled her in campus and she had to call her brother? The writer goes on to claim that this recent incident happened in her parents/cousins house at ‘a little past midnight’ in her parents/cousins house. How did he get in at that time of the night? Who opened the gate for him assuming there was a gate? Why did she not raise alarm the moment she saw him? Somebody who you had rejected and has tried to and threatened to kill you severally? Confusing.
