Liverpool are set to face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League this Sunday. Nottingham Forest have had a stronger season this year and caused a major upset against Liverpool last season, but Jurgen Klopp is hoping to avoid a repeat by fielding a better team. Currently sitting fourth in the league, Liverpool are pushing hard for the title this season, following a hard-fought victory against their rivals Everton last weekend. Nottingham Forest has drawn their last three matches, but they managed to secure a win against a struggling Chelsea side, which has kept them above the relegation zone so far.
When, where, and who will officiate?
The match is going to take place at Anfield on Sunday 29th October at 7:30 PM. Chris Kavanagh will be the match official with Richard West and Matthew Wilkes acting as his assistant. Matt Donohue is going to be the 4th official and on VAR Duty there will be Andy Madley and Harry Lennard.

Team News
Liverpool will be without their long-term serving left-back Andrew Robertson who suffered a dislocated shoulder during international duty in a match against Spain. For the under-21 side, Ben Doak also suffered an injury whilst playing for Scotland. Other youngsters like Bajcetic and Bradley are also set to miss out on the match at Anfield while Curtis Jones will serve his final match ban. Cody Gakpo is back from his injury as he featured in Liverpool’s recent European match against Toulouse while there is still no return date for Thiago.
Nottingham on the other hand has a lot on their plate as new signing Hudson-Odoi is out for the match. Felipe Monteiro and Gonzalo Montiel will remain on the sidelines while club ace and former Liverpool player Taiwo Awoniyi can also miss the game alongside Nuno Tavares. But Liverpool fans would be sad as Divock Origi is not returning to Anfield as the Belgian is currently out with a hip injury.
Match Analysis
Liverpool have been very impressive so far this season but they need to have some faith in Endo to deploy Mac Allister in his usual role. Noise has been made from both Gravenberch and Szoboszlai but Mac Allister has yet to show what he is capable of. It seems like Liverpool fans need to wait for some more time as Endo played the full match in the Europa League and would be expected not to feature. Darwin Nunez kept his goal-scoring form too and might make a late substitute appearance.
Steve Cooper knows how to frustrate teams and with a team with much less attacking threat than usual, Forest will likely sit back and pounce on any potential counter-attacking threat. Winning a match at Anfield with a weakened squad is far from the reality as walking with a draw will be the best possible outcome Steve Cooper would be looking for.

With a weak opposition at the helm and with Cody Gakpo returning, this game should lead to easy 3 points for the Reds.
