The 2022 Globe Soccer Awards was announced Thursday evening in Dubai.

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen was named Best Emerging Player of the Year ahead of Barcelona’s Gavi and Real Madrid’s Federico Valverde.

Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, was the Best Coach of the Year.

The Italian received the award for the second time in his career.

AC Milan icons Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were named Best Sporting Directors for 2022, beating Napoli’s Cristiano Giuntoli.
