GoldPeak International Company – Electronics Division – seeks application from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:
GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
- To build a strong, resilient sales and marketing team in all sales outlets
- Acquire, build & maintain B2B relationships with clients, and build new market opportunities
- Train the sales team on sales techniques, persistency and Lead Conversion, as well as giving advice
- Day to day management of the sales team to ensure they are on track for achieving their Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets
- Develop & analyze customer needs to establish a client centric business environment and propose and implement solutions
- Set sales and marketing Key Performance Indicators to manage activity within the team.
- Oversee all marketing activities and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Managing the company’s social media accounts with posts of relevant content.
- Reporting on weekly activities to the company’s Managing Director.
- Achieving cost efficient operation.
- Managing and updating accurate database.
