South Africa’s Bafana Bafana have landed in Uyo, Akwa Ibom ahead of Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
The Stuart Baxter’s arrived this afternoon at Uyo from Lagos where the match will take place.
About 25 players checked in at Le Meridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort and they will have their first training session tomorrow at Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
Out of 12 previous meetings between Nigeria and South Africa, Super Eagles have won seven, lost one and drew 4 with the Bafana Bafana.
