Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian has sparked pregnancy rumours after she posted photos of she and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson with the caption “Dad + Mom”.

The photos were at her surprise birthday party organised for her by the Cleveland Cavaliers star.

According to TMZ, sources connected to the couple said ‘Dad + Mom’ “are just lovey dovey nicknames”.
