Reno Omokri has reacted to the news about Senate President Bukola Saraki’s invitation to appear for investigation by the Nigerian Police over the recent Offa robbery.
According to him, ‘If Bukola Saraki had not betrayed Jonathan, Buhari wouldn’t have the power to victimise Saraki. No spoon is long enough to eat with satan. If you bring a leopard to kill your enemy, yes, the leopard will kill him. Then it will turn on you when it gets hungry’.

The sad fact is that if @BukolaSaraki had not betrayed Jonathan, Buhari wouldn’t have the power to victimise Saraki. No spoon is long enough to eat with satan. If you bring a leopard to kill your enemy, yes, the leopard will kill him. Then it will turn on you when it gets hungry!

Do the Buhari admin even reason? The amount of money stolen during the #OffaBankRobbery is not up to the amount of money that @BukolaSaraki gives out to the masses during Sallah. The Senate President sits atop a ?100 billion annual budget. Why would he sponsor a bank robbery?

The police statement alleges that the suspects confessed that @BukolaSaraki and Governor Ahmed sponsored the firearms, cars and money used to facilitate #OffaBankRobbery. But why will politicians who can rob the treasury prefer to rob a bank? Which is easier and more profitable?

When @falzthebahdguy sang ‘#ThisisNigeria, Everybody be criminal’, some were outraged. But today, The Buhari regime that gave security protection to pension thief Maina, has withdrawn security protection from @BukolaSaraki and @YakubDogara while linking Saraki with ARMED ROBBERY!

Wow! So after inviting @BukolaSaraki for questioning over his alleged involvement in the #OffaBankRobbery, the DSS have withdrawn both his and Speaker @YakubDogara‘s security. And this is the same country where a known thief, Maina, was given DSS security by the Buhari regime!

Isn’t it funny that the police who could not prosecute those who stole @NGRSenate’s mace has been able to find a link between Senate President @bukolasaraki and #OffaBankRobbery. In Kaduna, @elrufai demolishes critics houses. In Abuja, they link you to armed robbery! APC, I hail!

Is this police invitation to @NGRSenate President, @bukolasaraki over the #OffaBankRobbery not a continuation of the @NGRPresident’s victimisation of someone he views as a political opponent? I can’t even conceive of any possible connections. Is this IGP Idris’s pound of flesh?
