Former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, says he spoke to the leader of IPOBNnamdi Kanu, and that the secessionist group leader said some soldiers were terrorising his community in Umuahia, Abia state. IPOB members came on social media earlier in the day to make the same allegation.
