Ghosts defected to PDP, not our members – Kogi APC Chairman, Muhammed

The ruling All Progressive Congress, (APC) Chairman in Kogi Local Government Area, Kogi State, Abubakar Sadiq Muhammed, has debunked reports that his members defected from his party to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP).

Muhammed, in a statement on Tuesday, said the opposition PDP in Kogi Local Government is living in a fool’s paradise, adding that, no member of the party decamped.

He described as lies from the pit of hell, news that one of his members, Abdullahi Isah from Gegu South decamped to the PDP, adding that, it is a sign of PDP not learning from their past deceit.

The APC Chairman said Abdullahi Isah is the biological father of the current Councillor representing Gegu South Ward, and as such, cannot see PDP as an option to APC in Kogi Local Government Area.

“All those they claimed have decamped from APC to PDP in Kogi LGA are ghosts. They are not our members. This is totally unfounded and not true. We urge the PDP to be real in their affairs.

“Let the PDP keep giving out ghost numbers as decampees. We shall continue to shock them at all times,” he said.
