GoldPeak International Company – Electronics Division – seeks application from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:




Key Responsibilities:


  • To build a strong, resilient sales and marketing team in all sales outlets
  • Acquire, build & maintain B2B relationships with clients, and build new market opportunities
  • Train the sales team on sales techniques, persistency and Lead Conversion, as well as giving advice
  • Day to day management of the sales team to ensure they are on track for achieving their Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets
  • Develop & analyze customer needs to establish a client centric business environment and propose and implement solutions
  • Set sales and marketing Key Performance Indicators to manage activity within the team.
  • Oversee all marketing activities and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
  • Managing the company’s social media accounts with posts of relevant content.
  • Reporting on weekly activities to the company’s Managing Director.
  • Achieving cost efficient operation.
  • Managing and updating accurate database.
