Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has recently shared the inspiration behind his highly anticipated seventh studio album, ‘I Told Them.’ In an exclusive interview with American media outlet Complex, the Afrofusion superstar opened up about the meaning behind the album’s title and how it reflects his journey.

I wanted to see what the first tweet I ever posted was, for some strange reason.”

As he delved deeper into his Twitter history, Burna Boy found himself immersed in a rabbit hole of self-reflection.
