Good Halloween Morning. Monday morning will arrive with cloudy skies and spooky patchy fog.
There is a Dense Fog Advisory for the North Bay Interior Valleys until 10 a.m. A cooler day is on the way for Halloween with dry skies. Highs will range from around 60 to about 70 inland.

Dry conditions continue tonight for trick-or-treaters with evening temperatures mainly in the 50s by 6 p.m.

Rainfall estimates of a tenth of an inch to about a half inch is expected. Gusty winds on the coast up to 25 mph are likely into Tuesday.
There are beach hazards on Monday with sneaker waves and excessive wave run up through 11 p.m. as well.
Lingering cold showers on Wednesday and frosty overnight temps will bring a dramatic pattern change midweek. The coldest air of the season will settle in for a frosty Thursday morning.
Temps will warm by the end of the week with more unsettled weather perhaps next week.
