Woman With “Largest Pair of Breast Implants” in Europe Wants Botched Doctors to Give Her a “Huge” Butt

Martina is looking to get some “huge” butt implants.

On Sunday’s season four premiere of Botched, doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow meet Martina, who has the “largest pair of breast implants” in Europe. But even though she has large boobs, Martina wants the doctors to help her match her butt to her breast size.

“I traveled so far to meet the doctors to ask them, ‘Can I have really huge butt implants?'” Martina says in the clip above.

When the doctors meet with Martina, she explains that she goes by “Martina Big” in Germany.

“Because big is not big enough,” Martina tells the doctors.

She then explains how large her breasts actually are and the doctors can hardly believe it!

“Those breasts are ginormous,” Paul says. “How can you even walk without toppling over?”
