Two teenagers have been arrested for kidnapping and raping a 16-year old schoolgirl in Bauchi.
The teenagers were said to have kidnapped the girl who was on her way to school. They took her to a mountain in GRA, Bauchi, where they allegedly raped her.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Bauchi State Command, Haruna Mohammed, in a statement issued in Bauchi, said, “On May 26, at about 08:00hrs, following intelligence report, police detectives attached to the state’s anti-kidnapping unit, Bauchi, arrested the following syndicate: Mahmud Abdullahi, male (18), and Abdullahi Mohammed, male (19), all from Bauchi town.”
