Former Crystal Palace Chairman, Simon Jordan has been left bemused as to why Chelsea owner Todd Boehly was seen posing for photographs with recruit Wesley Fofana.

Chelsea signed the France star in a multi-million pounds deals on Wednesday with the 21-year-old on a seven-year contract.

At his unveiling at Stamford Bridge, the American club owner, Boehly stood in a photograph with the former Leicester City star.

“But as a football club owner, I would have rather shot myself in the face, rather than stand next to one of our signings. Leave it to the manager, thank you very much.
