Little Mix was one of the biggest girl groups in the world, with millions of fans across the globe. The group was formed on the British version of The X Factor in 2011 and quickly rose to fame with their catchy pop songs and stunning harmonies. However, in 2020, the group announced that Jesy Nelson would be leaving the band, leaving many fans wondering what would happen to the remaining members.
Since leaving Little Mix, Jesy Nelson has been working on her solo career and has already released two singles. Her debut single, “Boyz,” featuring rapper Nicki Minaj, was met with controversy due to accusations of cultural appropriation and blackfishing. However, Nelson has since addressed the criticism and is moving forward with her music career.

Nelson’s second single, “Bad Thing,” deals with the topic of domestic abuse and has received positive feedback from fans and critics alike. The singer has also revealed that an album is on the horizon, with “Bad Thing” being a part of her debut album. While there is no official release date yet, Nelson has confirmed that the album will be released this year.
As for the remaining members of Little Mix, they have continued to make music and perform together. In November 2021, the group released their first single as a trio, “Love (Sweet Love),” which was met with positive reviews. The group has also announced that they will be going on tour in 2022, with tickets selling out in record time.

In addition to their music, the members of Little Mix have also been busy with other projects. Leigh-Anne Pinnock has released her own documentary, “Leigh-Anne: Race, Pop & Power,” which explores her experiences as a Black woman in the music industry. Perrie Edwards has also been working on new music, as well as launching her own skincare line.
Overall, while the members of Little Mix may have gone their separate ways, they are all still making waves in the music industry and beyond. Fans can look forward to new music from Jesy Nelson, as well as more performances and projects from the remaining members of the group.
