Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen is looking for a part-time sales associate able to work in both the Culver City and Downtown LA stores. But we’re really not looking for just a sales associate. We believe our sales associates are ambassadors of the brand and directly reflect who we are. We are looking for someone who embodies our core values and message.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent, friendly, honest and humble, with exceptional communication skills and the desire to go above and beyond what is required.
Job Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be open minded, adaptable and eager to learn
- Consistently project professionalism, confidence, humility and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Demonstrate knowledge of our brand and product
- Conduct oneself with integrity and common sense
- Ability to multitask and handle high pressure retail situations
- Have flexible scheduling
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate web-based POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store throughout the day
- Achieve individual sales goals
- Open / close store
- Restock merchandise and prepare product for the sales floor
- Actively develop new customers and consistently strengthen existing customer relationships
- Assist with general store operations as needed
