Ex-Super Eagles’ player, Osaze Odemwingie is thrilled to have scored his first hat-trick in five years having netted a treble in Madura United six to zero win over Semen Padong.

Osaze could not hold back his joy as he took to his Twitter handle to state this.

He stated, “Great team performance today @MaduraUnitedFC !! 3 points took us to the top of Liga1 Pleased with my 3rd career hat trick,” Odemwingie tweeted.

He has now scored nine goals in 10 games and Madura United top the Indonesia League table with 22 points in 11 games.

Osaze’s compatriot Junior Nwokolo scored a brace in the game.

The former West Bromwich Albion forward opened the scoring in the 20th minute to give his team a 1-0 lead, he made it 3-0 in the 43rd minute to end the first half 3-0.

He made it 4-0 in the 63rd minute.
